Meet Shawn

William "Shawn" Mapp is the owner and operator of Beach Appliance Service LLC in Virginia Beach, VA. A proud Tidewater area local, he is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia, and a resident of Virginia Beach for the past 40 years. Working his way from technician to business owner, Shawn began his journey in the appliance repair industry back in 1983 at a Norfolk based repair company called Prices Inc. The experience and knowledge he gained working with Prices Inc. and other repair businesses throughout his career, such as Circuit City, Montgomery Ward’s Appliance Service, and At Your Door Appliance Service where he was the lead technician, has allowed him to build his successful business today. 
A second generation appliance technician and a 13 year veteran of the US Army, Shawn understands the importance of his commitment to his customers - providing them with a top-notch customer experience and delivering dependable, honest, and affordable appliance repair services to his community.
